Terms of Service

In short: we inspect the job first and give you the exact price before any work starts. You must be the owner or have permission to access the vehicle or property. One special offer per job.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of quickaccesslocksmith.com (the "Site") and to the locksmith services provided by Quick Access Locksmith ("Quick Access," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, sending a service request or accepting our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide mobile automotive, residential, commercial and emergency locksmith services in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas of Central Indiana. Our hours are 7 AM to 11 PM, every day. The services listed on the Site are examples. Whether we can do a specific job depends on the vehicle, lock, parts and conditions at your location.

Service requests and scheduling

Sending a request through the Site does not confirm an appointment. We'll contact you to confirm the details and schedule service. Please give us accurate information about your location and your problem. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as soon as possible.

Inspection and pricing

• Every vehicle and lock is different, so we don't give exact prices over the phone or through the Site.
• When our technician arrives, they inspect the job, including the type of key or key fob, the lock and the vehicle's security system, and record the details.
• We then give you the exact price before any work starts. Work begins only after you approve that price.
• If something unexpected comes up during the job that would change the price, we'll stop and get your approval before doing any additional work.
• Payment is due when the job is complete, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Proof of ownership or authorization

For everyone's safety, you must be the owner of the vehicle or property, or be authorized by the owner, before we open it, rekey a lock or make a key. We may ask for a photo ID and proof of ownership or authorization, such as a registration, title, lease or utility bill. We may refuse or stop service if we can't verify that you are authorized. You agree that the information you give us is true.

Special offers

• Only one offer can be used per job. Offers can't be combined.
• Mention the offer when you call to book, before the work starts.
• Military, student, medical worker and first responder, and senior discounts may require a valid ID or other proof of eligibility.
• The car key deal (second car key at 50% off) applies to a second key made during the same job.
• Offers have no cash value, may not apply to every service and may change or end at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Give us safe access to the vehicle, lock or property.
• Tell us about any known damage or existing problems before the work starts.
• Understand that some older, worn or damaged locks, keys or vehicle systems may not work as expected even when the work is done correctly.

Limitation of liability

We perform our work with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Quick Access is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost time, lost income or the cost of a rental vehicle, and our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under Indiana law.

Using our website

We try to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but services, hours, offers and other details may change without notice. The Site is provided "as is." You agree not to misuse the Site, for example by sending false or spam requests or trying to disrupt it. The text, photos, logo and design of the Site belong to Quick Access Locksmith and may not be copied without our permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The Terms in effect when you request service apply to that service.
